Lakeport Plantation in Lake Village will host a book signing and author event featuring local and regional authors on Dec. 8 at 1 p.m.

Authors include Mark Spencer of Monticello, Robert Fulford of Dermott, Blake Wintory of Lake Village, Mark K. Christ of Little Rock, Princella Nowell of Greenville, Mississippi, Jim Woodrick of Ridgeland, Mississippi, and Woody Woods of Madison, Mississippi.
