Larry Eugene Watt, 71, of London, Arkansas, formerly of Crossett, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Baptist Health Medical Center.
He was born in Savannah, Georgia on January 31, 1946 and was the son of the late Eugene and Dixie Bryan Watt.
Mr. Watt retired from Georgia Pacific after serving 51 years as a mechanic and electrician. He was a member of the Bleu Bayou Motorcycle Club in Monroe, Louisiana; the NRA, and was a strong supporter of the Wounded Warriors.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Nemi Day.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Slonaker Watt of London; Arkansas; a daughter, Mardi Weems (Paul) of Crossett; four stepsons, Shannon Burney of London, Michael Burney of Winslow, Joshua Burney of Aurora, Colorado, Will Weiler of Worthington, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Mary Burney of Russellville; a brother, Dickie Watt (Diane) of Crossett; a sister, Donna Gail Rogers, of Crossett, 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 10 at 2 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Watt officiating under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 9 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel.
