Mainline Health Systems, Inc. will soon be serving Bradley County when Dr. Kerry Pennington and Dr. Joe Wharton’s clinic in Warren becomes part of Mainline Health Systems. It will be Mainline’s eighth community-based medical clinic in Southeast Arkansas.
The clinic will transition at the end of the year with a staff of more than 25, including health care providers Drs. Pennington and Wharton, as well as Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) Tammy Green, Karen Richardson and Heath Reep, providing primary medical care services, lab, xray, case management, care coordination and eventually integrated behavioral health services.
“Mainline’s mission is to serve where there is a need,” said Mainline CEO Allan Nichols. “Bradley County is an underserved county. We can bring additional resources to the community and stabilize the care that is there now for decades to come.”
The clinic is located at 1012 E Church, Suite A, in Warren. The clinic’s operating hours will be 8 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. until noon on Fridays.
When the clinic transitions, Mainline will have 18 clinics in Southeast Arkansas. In addition to the eight community-based clinics, Mainline has school-based clinics at 10 schools across Southeast Arkansas.
