A Pine Bluff man is being held on a $50,000 commercial bond for probable cause of first-degree battery and terroristic act in connection with a non-fatal shooting that occurred Saturday night during the Hoodnic 2013 (car show) festivities in Dumas.

Kendall Eatmon, 27, of Pine Bluff, is alleged to have shot Leo Brown, of Dumas, while Brown was seated in a vehicle.
