A 30-year-old man died on October 4 after he was ejected from a vehicle that overturned a single-vehicle accident on Arkansas 173 in Ashley County, according to a preliminary Arkansas State Police preliminary accident report.
Brandon Wright, of Rainbow City, Alabama, was negotiating a curve on Arkansas 173 when the northbound vehicle he was driving ran off the right side of the roadway. After running off the roadway, Wright lost control of the vehicle and it began overturning, ejecting him, according to the accident report.
The accident occurred on Thursday, October 4 at 4:30 p.m. Travel conditions were clear and the roadway was dry at at the time of the accident.
At least 368 people have died in crashes on Arkansas roads so far this year, according to preliminary figures.
