Marcus Miller, a defensive tackle at Warren, was named the 4A Defensive Player of the year Monday night at the annual Farm Bureau Awards Banquet in North Little Rock. Other winners were:

The Farm Bureau Awards honor Arkansas’ top offensive player, defensive player and coach of the year for each classification. Hooten’s Arkansas Football staff selects three finalists for each category, and those 45 finalists and their families are invited to attend the Farm Bureau Awards on Dec. 10 when the winners are announced, according to hootens.com.
