Mary Howard Weast, 63, of Star City, died on April 26, 2016 at her home.

She was a member of Yorktown First Freewill Baptist Church and was a products finisher for Central Moloney.

She was born on December 25, 1952 in Jefferson County to the late Adam B. and Marie Turner Howard.

Also preceding her in death were three brothers, John Howard, Jimmy Howard and James Howard; and two sisters, Marie Denton and Bertha Dulaff.

Survivors include two sons, Brian (Suzette) Weast of Little Rock and Josh (Christen) Webb of Sheridan; a daughter, Rebecca (Ronnie Light) Stephens of Star City; two brothers, Paul E. (Bertha) Howard and Adam B. Howard, Jr., both of Pine Bluff; two sisters, MaeBell Earnest of Star City and Barbara (James) Pennington of Rison; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be held on April 28 at 2 p.m. at Holly Springs Cemetery with Bro. B. J. DuVall officiating. Visitation is April 27 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Conner Stephens, Bradley Stephens, Mike Speights, Vance Lee Freeman, Jimmy Hall, James Pennington and Carl Earnest. Honorary pallbearers are Leo Conner and Earnest Williams.
