Mary Louise “Tootie” Mazzanti Mencer, 78, of Lake Village died December 30, 2020, at home.
She was born August 30, 1942, in Lake Village to the late Mike M. Mazzanti and the late Rose (Favi) Mazzanti.

She was a lifelong communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Church of Lake Village.
Our family would like to extend our extreme gratitude for the special care and attention given to her in her final days, at UAMS, especially by Dr. Corey Montgomery and her cancer team.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Olan H Mencer; two daughters, Angela (Chris) Hatch of Lake Village and Kelley (Kevin) Bramer of Tom Bean, Texas; two sons, Michael (Debbi) Mencer of Lake Village and David (Susan) Mencer of Monticello; two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Harris and Agnes (George) Routon; seven grandchildren, Justin Mencer, Cody (Courtney) Mencer, Rose Mencer, Sam Mencer, Mary Josetta Mencer, Brandon (Maddi) Bramer, and Courtney Bramer, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, who were all very dear to her.
