Michael David Mosley, 52, of Crossett died June 29, 2014.

He was born on March 8, 1962 in Rison and was the son of Lorene King Mosley and the late Wreyburn Mosley.

Mr. Mosley married the love of his life, Charlene Bardin, on April 2, 1979 and remained happily married for 35 years.

From 1980 to 2000, he worked at Georgia Pacific in the Board Mill. His free time was spent playing golf or watching golf on TV. He loved golf, but mostly loved his children so he bought both of his daughters golf clubs at an early age so he could share his love of golf with them.

He was so very proud of his daughters who he watched turn into fine young women and mothers. They gave him the most precious of all gifts, the six grandchildren he adored.

When he wasn’t spending time with his family, Mr. Mosley could always be found watching television. His wife and daughters describe him as a person who would schedule his life around his favorite TV shows and had televisions going 24 hours a day.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father, Wreyburn Mosley.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Bardin Mosley; and two daughters, Leslie McBride and husband Raymond, and Rachel Richter and husband Blake, all of Crossett, and six grandchildren, Kylee Johnson, Karlee Johnson, Gavin Richter, Porter Richter, Kenslee Richter, and Mason McBride He also leaves his mother, Lorene Baswell and step father, Sam Baswell; and one sister, Karen Johnson and fiancee’ Ricky Langston, all of Slidell, LA along with a host of other friends and relatives.
