A Monticello man and woman were arrested Wednesday after police reportedly found 15 ounces of what is believed to be methamphetamine at a Monticello residence. Five children were in the home during the arrest, according to a news release from the Monticello Police Department.
Delvin Neal, 32, and Tiffany Wigfall, 28, likely will be charged with possession with intent to sell methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence, maintaining a drug premises and five counts of endangering the welfare of children. They are being held in the Drew County Detention Center.
During a Wednesday evening search of the home, the Monticello Criminal Apprehension Team and Arkansas Department of Correction Parole Division officers found 15 ounces of a substance believed to be methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and scales, according to the news release.
