Earnest Tillman, III, a Little Rock man suspected of passing of passing fraudulent prescriptions for narcotics around South Arkansas, was arrested late Monday afternoon by the Little Rock Police Department, according to Lt. Jason Akers, supervising agent of the 10th Judicial District Drug Task Force.
Tillman likely will be charged with obtaining controlled substances by fraud and possession of a schedule II controlled substance, oxycodone.
He is being held in the Drew County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
Police are still searching for a second suspect, James Wilson, 34, also of Little Rock. He is suspected of the same crime.
