A Pan-African Day celebration with entertainment, speeches, songs, and talks on African American History and the African Diaspora has been set for February 20 at Monticello.

The event, which is sponsored by the University of Arkansas at Monticello School of Social and Behavioral Sciences and the Monticello community, will be held at the Sadie T. Johnson Community Center from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
