Patsy Jean Riley Lay, 64 of Dumas passed away on September 18, 2015 in Little Rock.
She was a former Gould Post Master and employed by the United States Postal Service for 23 years before her retirement. She was a member of the Pea Ridge Assembly of God Church and a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.
She was born September 11, 1951 at Spencer, Oklahoma and was the daughter of the late J.W. “Son” Riley and Louise Kendrick Riley.
She was also preceded in death by a nephew, Kyle Riley.
Survivors are her son, Michael Lay of Camden; a brother, Rick Riley; four sisters, Betty and Dwight Hill, Mary and Kenneth Smallwood, Sherry and Hal Hill and Tooty and Bodie Hill; a special sister, Floye Woods; and three grandchildren, Taylor Christian, Riley Jo and Lane Michael Lay.
Visitation will be held on September 20 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held September 21 at 10 a.m. at Walnut Lake Cemetery with Rev. Dubs Byers officiating.
