Paul Michael Bigham, 73, of Warren, died on June 15, 2017 at his favorite place, his camp at Pine Prairie on the Ouachita River.

He was born April, 28, 1944 in Caruthersville, Missouri and was the son of the late John Paul Bigham and Lorranine Douglas McElyea.

He was a medic in the Navy and served on the USS Kitty Hawk in Vietnam from 1966 thru 1970. After his service in the Navy, he graduated in 1973 from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He retired from R.C. and D. with 25 years of service and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was a much loved husband, father, and “Big Daddy.”

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, W. J. Jones, Jr. and Katie Sue Harrell Jones.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Judy Jones Bigham; his sons, Jon Bigham and wife Stephanie of Warren and Doug Bigham and wife Gail, also of Warren; his grandchildren, Mason Bigham, Dalton Bigham and Keller Bigham all of Warren; his sisters-in-law Billie Toms of Minden, Louisiana and Jimmie Morris of Harrell; his brother-in-law, Jack Jones of Harrell; and a host of nieces, nephews and a world of his friends.

Graveside services will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, at Dickinson Cemetery with Rev. Gary Harrison officiating.

Memorials preferred the Bradley County Veteran Museum or the Ebenezer Baptist Church Food Pantry.
