A pedestrian died Thursday night when he was struck by a vehicle on Arkansas 133 North in Ashley County, according to an Arkansas State Police preliminary accident report.
Max Huber, 77, of Crossett was walking south in a traffic lane of Highway 133 North when he was struck by a southbound vehicle, according to State Police.
Huber died at the scene of the accident.
The accident occurred on September 7 at 8:08 p.m. Travel conditions were clear and the roadway was dry at the time of the accident, according to State Police.
At least 334 people have died on Arkansas roads this year.
