The 10th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office along with the 10th Judicial District Drug Task Force will auction property at 884 Rose Street in Monticello on August 16 at 10 a.m. on the Drew County Courthouse front steps.
The property, formerly occupied by Herbert Ridgell and owned by Marva August, was seized by the Drug Task Force and forfeited to the state earlier this year by Circuit Judge Don Glover. The residence was declared a drug premises.
The auction is open to the public. The house, land and any contents of the property will be sold together and must be paid for at the auction’s end by cash or certified funds. For more information call the prosecutor’s office at 870-367-9896
