Roy Nolan Watt, 75, of Crossett, passed away on May 2, 2017 at Ashley County Medical Center.

He was born on August 1, 1941 in Crossett, to his parents, the late Roy Noel and Frances Lee Jones Watt.

Mr. Watt was retired from Georgia Pacific after many years of service. He attended Community Chapel Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with the grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Watt was preceded in death by a son, Leonard Ray Watt and two sisters, Norma Harshberger and Edna Hoar.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Ann Watt of Crossett; a son, Daryl Watt of Crossett; a brother, Roddy Watt of Bastrop, Louisiana; four sisters, Maxine Felkins of Crossett, Lois Lowry of Colorado, Betty Johnson of Montrose, and Barbie Thornton of Hermitage; and two grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 4, at Arkadelphia Cemetery with Bro. Mike Chain officiating under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett.

Visitation will be held on May 3 from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home Chapel.
