Rozell Kelley Webb, 87, of Monticello, passed away on January 19, 2019 at the The Woods Nursing and Rehab in Monticello.
She was born on January 22, 1931, in Ashley County to the late Walter Washington Kelley and Lela Pink Roark Kelley.
Mrs. Rozell was the widow of Willie Eugene Webb, a retired store clerk, a Burlington Industries employee, and was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith for 63 years. She was a 1950 graduate of Fountain Hill High School and also attended school at Hamburg. Her first love was her family and many friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Wesley Kelley of Wilmot, Artrue Lee Kelley of Bastrop, Louisiana and Arvie Clinton Kelley of Houston, Texas; and three sisters, Girlie Mallory of Waverly, NY, Luzell Bonds of Monticello and Lavern Marie McManus of Monticello.
Survivors include a daughter, Debra Lynn Cotton and husband Charles; a son, Randal Kent Webb and wife Twila; five grandchildren, Matthew Vernon Cotton and wife Jennifer, Jesse Tyler Webb, Andrew Jordan Webb, Laurn Elizabeth Webb and Katelynn Isabela Webb; three great-grandchildren, Bailey M. Cotton, Hayden Charles Cotton and Hadley Claire Cotton; and one great-great-grandchild, Vance Smith.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 21, at 1 p.m. at Oakland Cemetery.
