Samuel Neil Clanton, 44, of Hermitage, died July 18, 2020 as a result of a truck accident.
He was born on November 1, 1975 in Warren and was a son of of Randy Clanton, Sr. and Judy Kay Sweeney Clanton, Hermitage.
Mr. Clanton was employed with Clanton Farms and Clanton Transport of Hermitage. He was a graduate of the Hermitage Public Schools and a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church in Johnsville. He leaves behind a legacy, that hard work does pay off and he was one of the best at it.
He is survived by his parents, his daughters, Brooke Clanton of Little Rock and Samantha Clanton of Magnolia; a brother, Randy Clanton, Jr. and wife Skye of Hermitage; a sister, Beverly Clanton and Dwayne Harrod of Vick; and a special friend, Amber Burns of Hermitage.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 20 at 9:30 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Johnsville, followed by a graveside service at 10 a.m.
