The Arkansas Center for Health Improvement announced this week that it has partnered with the Arkansas Department of Education and the Arkansas Department of Health to make Covid-19 cases and testing rates in Arkansas school districts available to the public. The data is available on the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement website.

The new information includes cumulative and active numbers of Covid-19 cases per school district, as well as rates of cases and testing per 10,000 people in each district. It also shows Covid-19 cases by community, according to the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI).

The data is current as of August 10 and is expected to be updated weekly.

According to ACHI, the case counts include both children and adults. Cases among incarcerated populations are not included. The counts are not provided for districts with fewer than 10 cases, to minimize the risk of identifying individuals.
