The Southeast Arkansas Community Action Corporation will take applications for the LI-HEAP energy assistance program from January 7 through March 30, or until funds are depleted. The program is designed to assist low-income households with home energy related emergency situations.
The following information is needed to determine eligibility:
Proof of total monthly household income for the month prior to application.
All household members birth dates and social security numbers
A recent electric or gas or other energy related statement for Regular Assistance.
Applications will be taken from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday thru Thursday. Offices are closed from noon until 1 p.m. and on Friday. For more information your contact your local Outreach Office:
