Siemens Industry, Inc., the company the city of Monticello contracted with to replace aging water lines and install new water meters, on Tuesday responded to Monticello attorney Cliff Gibson’s October 22, 2014 demand letter. Gibson replied, saying Siemens’ response letter failed to directly problems and questions, and in some instances raised more questions.
