Susan Streeter Savage, 56, of Hamburg, died January 23, 2014 at the Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett.
Mrs. Savage was a native and life long resident of Hamburg. She was a homemaker, a loving grandmother and a member of the Gardner Baptist Church. She loved working in her flower beds and her yard.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Jackie Streeter in 1997; her parents, Bill and Geneva Norrell King; three sisters, Nancy Gail Barnett, Mary Smith and Vickie King and one brother, Billy Wayne King.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Dean Savage of Hamburg; a son, Jackie Streeter, Jr. and wife, Susan, of Hamburg; three step sons, Eddie Savage Jr., Wayne Savage and Richard Savage all of Fountain Hill; two step-daughters, Lynn Tindall of Greenbrier and Tonya Burnside of Fountain Hill; two brothers, Bruce King of Hamburg and Reggie King of Fountain Hill; four sisters, Barbara Woods and Dixie Fairchild both of Hamburg, Peggy Woods of Crossett and Patty Griffith of Fountain Hill; three grandchildren, Christopher, Draven and Jessica.
Funeral services will be held January 27 at 11 a.m. at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home in Hamburg with Rev. Vaughn Blue Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Carlock Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Jim Hudson, Doug Hudson, Larry Hudson, Chad Hudson, Dale Chavis and Tim Chavis.
