Tarah Dion King, 36, of Crossett passed away on February 3, 2014.
She loved listening to music, riding horses and spending time with her children and grand daughter. Tarah had a special place in her heart for animals. She couldn’t drive by a stray dog and not feel the need to take it home with her or leave it some food. She wanted to try to rescue as many, as she possibly could.
She was born on August 28, 1977 in Bastrop, La. and was the daughter of Billy Glen and Fran King.
She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Glen King; her grandparents, Harold and Ollie Barnett, and Griffin and Hazel King.
Survivors include her mother, Fran Miles (Ralph) of Crossett; Tiffany Chance Glover (Anthony) of Monticello; son, Stetson King, and granddaughter Marleigh Glover both of Crossett; and brother, Chris King (Stephanie) of Georgia.
Visitation will be held February 6 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Medders Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held February 7 at 2 p.m. at Eden Cemetery with Bros. Keith Bozeman and Bob Whitely officiating under the direction of Medders Funeral Home of Crossett.
