Terry Gardner, 55, of Wilmar, passed away on June 28, 2016 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.
He was employed with Burlington Industries for many years until his health failed. He attended Wilmar High School and at an early age he accepted Christ under Pastor Reather Phillips, Sr.
He was born October 6, 1960 in Monticello and was the son of Winston Gardner of Pine Bluff and the late Helen Clifton Gardner. H was the second oldest of six siblings.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother, Calvin Gardner.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Cheryl Crosby Gardner of Wilmar; son, LaQuan Gardner of Benton; three daughters, Takedra Gardner of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kierra and Cierra Gardner, both of Wilmar; his father, Winston Gardner of Pine Bluff; mother-in-law, Mildred Crosby of Warren; two brothers, Namon Gardner, Sr. of Wilmar and Michael Gardner of Mississippi; two sisters, Mahavis (Keith) Fletcher of Pine Bluff and Rozene Ederington of Warren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Services will be held on July 2, 2016 at 4 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home. Burial will be at Wilmar Cemetery.
