Thomas Grant Lamb, 80, of Star City, passed away June 21, 2021 at his home.
He was born January 10, 1941 in North Little Rock to the late Charles A. and Viola Webb Lamb.
Tom was a member of and minister of Lone Grove Missionary Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was the head maintenance man for Jr. Food Mart for over 20 years and worked as a carpenter. Tom also enjoyed camping, fishing and singing.
Also preceding him in death were five brothers, Doyle Lamb, William Lamb, J.W. Lamb, Joe Lamb and Frank Lamb; and a sister, Velma Harrison.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria Ann Glover Lamb of Star City; four sons, Tommy Lynn (Helen) Lamb of Crossett, Robert Allen (Linda) Lamb of Berryville, Martin Dale (Pam) Lamb of Bedford, Indiana, and John Wesley (Angelia) Lamb of Monticello; brother, Bobby Lynn (Peggy) Lamb of Pine Bluff; sister, Patricia Barnes of California; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Bill Harrison of Magnet Cove.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 23, at 10 a.m. at Shady Grove Cemetery in Glendale. There will be no formal visitation.
Pallbearers are Joe Wayne Vinson, Steve Lamb, Larry Shelby, Jeremy Haire, David Morgan and Jimmy Ballew. Honorary pallbearers are Frank Long and Franklin Long.
