Tolliver was a First Team selection at wide-receiver. He was also a D2CCA First-Team All-Super Region 3 pick, won the Great American Conference Offensive Player of the Year Award, and was a unanimous All-GAC First Team selection.
A senior from Rayville, Louisiana, Tolliver concluded the 2017 season with record-breaking career totals at Arkansas-Monticello where he broke both the all-time receiving yards and all-time receiving touchdown records. He tied for first in the nation in receiving touchdowns, and 12th in the country in receiving yards. He finished first overall in the GAC in receiving yards (1,109), receiving touchdowns (16), total receptions (67), receptions per game (6.1), and receiving yards per game (100.8).
Jackson was selected as a First Team selection at cornerback. He was also a D2CCA Second-Team All-Super Region 3 selection. A senior from Hahnville, Louisiana, and a former running-back turned corner-back this season, Jackson anchored the defensive secondary for UAM this past season. He led the GAC in total passes defended (18), and tied for fourth in the nation in the stat category. Jackson also finished fifth on the team in total tackles with 40, and was tied for first on the squad in interceptions (2).
Gray was a Third Team pick. He was also a First Team All-GAC selection. A junior from Shreveport, Louisiana, Gray anchored the defensive front for the Weevils with three sacks and 9.5 tackles for a loss. He tied for 15th in sacks in the conference and 10th in tackles for loss. He recorded 33 tackles on the year, with one pass broken up, two quarterback hurries, and one blocked kick.
“(I am) very excited about all three of these guys receiving this honor,” UAM Head Football Coach Hud Jackson. “They have all represented our program so great on and off the field.”
