BooksThe University of Arkansas at Monticello chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society for teacher education majors, is presenting $1,600 worth of scholastic books to three area libraries.

The books are earmarked for the ABC School at First Presbyterian Church in Warren, the Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Services School in Monticello, and Dermott Elementary School.

UAM Kappa Delta Pi members traveled to Little Rock to the Maumelle Scholastic Book Warehouse to purchase the books using “scholastic dollars” earned through book fairs at UAM.
