Meals from different cultures around the world will be part of International Education Week at the University of Arkansas at Monticello February 10-14.
Aramark Campus Dining Services will feature international meals from two different countries at noon each day that week. The international meals are also available to the public and will be served in the main dining hall of the John F. Gibson University Center.
Featured countries will include Nepal, Argentina, France, Malaysia, Brazil, Spain, Bangladesh, Panama, England, and Canada.
An international display from the home countries of UAM’s foreign students will open to the public February 12 -13 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon in the Adams Room on the first floor of Harris Hall.
