Students from the University of Arkansas at Monticello’s Spatial Information Systems (SIS) Club earned honorable mention honors at the National Society of Professional Surveyors’ (NSPS) student competition held recently in Sandy, Utah. The event features competition among students in surveying curriculums from colleges and universities across the country. The students are tested for their knowledge, awareness and experiences in a survey-related project.
