Wanda Fay Phillips Collins, 63, of Tillar, passed away on April 17, 2017 in Fordyce.

She was born on June 5, 1953 in Pine Bluff and was the daughter of the late Edgar Earl Phillips and Lanell Reynolds.

Mrs. Collins was a homemaker and attended Abundant Life Worship Center of Dumas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin Fish.

Survivors are her husband, Ray Collins of Tillar; a son, Dennis Ray Collins of Fordyce; a daughter, Rhonda Fay Fish of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; four brothers, Larry Phillips, Johnny Phillips and Gary Phillips all of Pine Bluff, and James Phillips of Modesto, California; two sisters, Penny Phillips of Pine Bluff and Judith Stivers of Crossett; three grandchildren, Cody Fish, Jennie Fish and Jade Fish; and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19 at Abundant Life Worship Center of Dumas.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 20 at the Abundant Life Worship Center with Rev. Spencer Berry officiating. Burial will be at Walnut Lake Cemetery.
