Wanda J. Wigley Hopkins, 69, of Monticello, passed away July 11, 2021, at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello.
She was born May 3, 1952, in Prescott to the late James Monroe and Wilma Ruth McMillian Holdford.
She was a lab tech for Drew Memorial Hospital for many years. She loved shopping, riding motorcycles, her church family, her work, and Drew Memorial Hospital. Her favorite pastimes though were spending time with her grandchildren and her dog, Camo.
Along with her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley J. Holdford; first husband, Marshall Wigley; and second husband, Lawrence Hopkins.
She is survived by her daughter, Maxann Wigley Mizell and fiancé, Shane Duckworth of Monticello; and four grandchildren, Lawton Alan Wigley Smith, Kelby Rae Smith, Karter Marie Smith, and Jalie Brooke Smith.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 15, from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. at Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church. A celebration of her life will follow at 10 a.m. at the church.
