Waylon Caine

Waylon Eugene Caine, 28, of Hamburg, died June 14, 2014 at the Ashley County Medical Center as the result of an automobile accident.

Mr. Caine was a native and life long resident of Hamburg.

He graduated from Hamburg High School in 2004 and worked as a deck hand for JanTran Inc. He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed working on his vehicles.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Billy Joe and Mary Emma Kelley Caine and his maternal grandparents, Odell and Betty Trigleth Stanley.

He is survived by two daughters, Harley Veree Caine and Lexie Gene Caine both of Crossett; his parents, Stephen and Rita Stanley Caine of Hamburg; a sister, Jessie Caine of Star City and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

Funeral services will be held June 17 at 10 a.m. at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home in Hamburg with Rev. John Martin officiating. Burial will be in the Promise Land Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Joey Adair, Jeremy Barnett, Joey Bell, Donnie Tanksley, Chris Tanksley and Dustin Tanksley. Honorary pallbearer is Patrick Stanley.

Visitation will be June 16 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
