William Roscoe Tims, III, 46, of Montrose died September 19, 2015 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello.
He was born March 9, 1969 in West Memphis and was the son William Roscoe Tims, Jr. and Sharlote McCabe Mixon.
Mr. Tims was preceded in death by a step brother, Andy Mixon.
He is survived by a daughter, Brittany Nicole Tims of Little Rock; Brittany’s mother, Jennifer Williams of Crossett; his father, William Roscoe Tims, Jr. and wife, Debbie, of Victoria, Mississippi; his mother, Sharlote McCabe Mixon and husband, Bill of Montrose; a sister, Carlene Bertrand of Atoka, Tennessee; a brother, Dentye Tims of Victoria, Mississippi; four step brothers, Franky Mixon, Brad Mixon, Chuck Mixon, and Timothy Kuykendall; four nephews, Darius Tims, Kyle, Hunter Strole, and Charles Bertrand II; and two nieces, Tera Tims, and Lynda Bertrand.
A memorial service will be held on September 25 at 2 p.m. at Bishop-King Funeral Home Chapel in Lake Village with Bro. Andy Connard officiating.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
